Privacy policy
What this site keeps when you visit it or write to us, who reads it, and what you can ask of us.
Who receives your enquiry
Messages and quote requests sent through this site's forms go to ViraGroup (viragroup.eu), Cellnuo's partner, which receives them and answers you.
What we keep
What you write in a form: your name, email address, company and country, the product and quantity you ask about, and your message. Against spam we also keep a code made from your internet address, not the address itself.
Who else handles it
Our hosting, network and email providers handle it only to run this site and deliver our replies.
When you only visit
This site sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and loads nothing from other websites. To send you its pages, our hosting and network providers see your internet address and the kind of browser you use; we use neither to follow you.
Why, and for how long
Only to answer your enquiry, prepare and follow up your quote, and keep the site safe from abuse. We do not sell it. We keep an enquiry while we need it to answer you, and longer only where the law asks us to keep business records.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you and have it corrected or deleted: write through the contact page or to sales@cellnuo.com. If you live in the European Union, you may also complain to your data protection authority.
